The doctoral student Rümeysa Öztürk, on a Fulbright scholarship at Tufts University, was brazenly abducted on the sidewalk by masked immigration agents and is now suffering serious health issues in Homeland Security custody.

The State Department has also been forced to freeze the Fulbright Program and and Critical Languages Scholarships, among other exchange programs, because nothing says "America First" like "we don't care about understanding other places anymore"
This has kind of gotten buried in the news cycle for obvious reason, but the Presidential Management Fellows program has been shut down.

It's another example of how this Admin is canceling out the next generation of leaders.

And more good news for the climate ➡️ Renewables supplied over 20% of US electricity in 2023, doubling their 2010 share, while natural gas rose to 43%, replacing coal. Solar costs fell 85% since 2010, despite reduced federal tax credits, and expansion will continue.
