Well, surely Labour's 2024 coalition of voters was already 'Blairite' (highly tactical, from LD more than Greens) and so retaining these voters is a rational, vote-maximising strategy; especially when evidence shows that moving to the right is unlikely to get the party any new voters

It's probably a feature of the Brexit realignment? And shows how "permanent" it's been. If the 2017 Lab to 2019 Cons are the Leave supporters who switched away from Labour, they now fit nicely into the right-wing bloc in a seemingly durable way
