other habit advice is its easier to bundle new ones w/ preexisting habits. also make it as small and easy as possible. exercise especially theres this idea u gotta kick ur ass but rly u just need to do more than ur used to. kicking ur ass might make it less likely u'll want to do it again

for new years resolutions i strongly recommend keeping track of any new habits you wanna start. at first it won't seem like much but it lets you look back and see you ARE getting somewhere. i started cardio once a week and its a rly nice feeling to be able to know ive been doing it for 21 weeks now

trying to get a jumpstart on my new years resolution of actually posting shit on tumblr by working on my artblog avatar. current one is v old and was just smth i threw together cuz a zine i was part of needed icons for each contributor

onscreen confirmed gay rep feels bittersweet if the straight romances have more screentime/depth. the straight romances get several full meals, we're lucky if we get one. but I suppose if u have more than one suddenly its a "gay" show instead of "look we're inclusive" (its still worth smth but argh)
