A lot of people I speak to are disengaging because it is all too painful. We are older and are incredibly disappointed in our fellow Americans. I still believe we are the majority but we feel so helpless

This is not the country we thought it was. These are not the people who we thought were brave upstanding Americans. Was it always like this and we just didn’t know or is it new.
