Dad, Husband, and Professional. I enjoy games, movies, and a good story. I STILL hate Nazis, snakes, and companies not paying workers fairly.
Just started my latest Star Wars KOTOR playthrough , and I'm just now discovering that Bradley Cooper is one of the preset male-presenting characters.

100% the least coherent, even within the same lead's film series. James Bond should be 100 years old as well...nobody cares.
Mistake #1: Caring about coherence in James Bond, one of the least coherent franchises in history (extremely complimentary)
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

I don’t understand why games include stealth if you’re just going to be punished for imperfection, but would genuinely love to learn the ins and outs of why something so generally disliked it so common in action games

Instead of relying on AI to “make games faster” — a completely made up assertion at present — we could instead make game more responsibly.

You don’t need to build entire business plans around chasing trends and mandating teams of 150 to make photorealistic open world games meant to last a decade.

Wait, hold up —

Are you trying to tell me you DO NOT have to fire thousands of employees and destroy your definitive franchises and shutter studios every three months?
To counter rising development costs, Nintendo is going to explore making games with shorter development cycles.

They are also making investments in their development teams to preserve the way they've always made games.

From @theathletic.bsky.social: Canada’s 32-year Stanley Cup drought has become embarrassing, our columnist writes. "It’s a whole lot of pain for a country that loves hockey so much that it’s become ingrained in its identity as a national sport."
Canada’s 32-year Stanley Cup drought is now embarrassing. Can the Oilers end it?
For a country that considers hockey part of its national identity, a Stanley Cup is beyond overdue.
