A single image of #CometG3ATLAS at sunset tonight from Western Wa! It’s so incredibly small during sunset time. But I bet it’ll be massive and stunning during full dark for the southern hemisphere in a few days. I wish we got more time with it here in the northern hemisphere.

Comet G3 Atlas is still extremely bright after its close passage with the sun and supposedly able to be photographed during daylight. Will be giving it a try later tonight to see if we can capture this beauty!

So happy to have aurora already active in 2025! Here’s aurora road back in February of 2023. With the only bit of naked eye orange I’ve ever seen at bottom right. Which lasted a whopping 4-5 seconds max.
