So, in short: They're going to work on phasing out stores, or at least locations and employees, while forcing consumers into payment plans for phones.

I'm sure they're not the only ones planning this, too.

2. They are telling everyone who wants to do a trade-in that they just need you to use the website. The guys joked that soon a robot will just get the phone out of the back.

The people who said they’re glad they went on strike are trustworthy. The union should have gotten more? Awesome people!

If people said the workers shouldn’t have gone on strike at all, they are not safe people to be around going forward. If they said Parker was being reasonable, they’ll co-operate with those in power willing to oppress you.
