The Supreme Court of Canada has granted leave in Democracy Watch, which will test--post-Vavilov--the extent to which legislatures can oust judicial review of administrative action. A significant case for the scope of judicial review in Canada. Consult my paper for one position on the issue.

My first post on here: I wrote something on the importance of due process in the Abrego Garcia case, responding to VP Vance's contentions. I draw a bit on Justice Scalia and Thomas More, too. This is a troubling case for all sorts of reasons.
