#RSV rates in infants are falling. Hospitalizations are down 28 % and 43 % for infants less than 7 months in two different networks, as reported in this week's MMWR.

This is real world evidence that maternal immunization and MAbs are protecting this vulnerable populations - #MedSky.

A 13 yo rapidly progressed from mild symptoms to respiratory & renal failure. She survived thanks to IMV + ECMO + CRRT.
