I made a front mounted hitch so I can maneuver my utility trailer into tight spots. I had everything including the microlam so out of pocket was zero dollah 😎

Repacking the wheel bearing on the trailer today. Freddy enjoys his morning chew.

See these burns on the sides of my fingers? I was catching a smoke working night shift at the dynamite factory and I fell asleep. It was lucky I didn’t blow the place sky high.

Would I plant again?
The only no is the Big Boy.
There’s a pathogen (?) in the soil (?) that turns the leaves yellow and kills production. It effects all the 🍅 but the others seem resistant. Peppers are good but take a long time to turn red (sweet) “horn of the bull”

cleaning up my computer and found this old picture of myself---my first day on Salty's fisherman's shack job. It was either this or go to Dunkin' and my gas situation was not good.

Once upon a time there were so many trees for lumber that they built houses using 1x12 t&g boards for subflooring. I’ve seen plenty of 1x6 but this is the only house I have ever encountered with 1x12. Circa 1955

I came across a sample pack of paneling - US Plywood Corp. late 60’s. I like paneling when it’s installed over sheetrock. A little too hollow for me when it’s nailed directly to studs which it was in most finished basements of the time. A lot of it ended up in dumpsters 😕

I have a very old mirrored medicine cabinet I’m going to try to refurbish. The edges are chipped and the silvering has flaked off in spots. The plan is to run a row of 1x1 glass tile around the edge. I’ll use wire to compensate for the bevel. I had some blue tile so blue it is.
