This passage is key. What will criteria and fee for this new route be? How many refugees are expected to qualify? Some refugees will be unable to work or study and they will be very harshly treated under this plan.

I think I will. I play most days and even beyond the couple minutes fun/challenge of it, find it sometimes sparks curiosity about a place that lasts longer than the game itself. Might reconsider if the repeat locations start to add up though.
