Took my daughter to the tattoo and piercing shop. Long wait. Next door is a cash only bar and a cash register from the fifties. Everyone in here is in there 70’s or older. I stepped back in time and couldn’t be happier.

I’m at the point in my life that I have a large collection of art, books, comics and toys. Enough that I’m thinking who to Will it too. Sell it while I am alive. Or maybe grandkids. I’m thinking of moving to Spain. Decisions, decisions.

Jack Kirby predicted ICE way back in 1971. These two pages from Forever People 3 (July 1971) really stood out to me on this latest rereading of Kirby’s Fourth World. It’s exactly what’s going on right now! Note: the people kidnapping folks and burning books are never the good guys. Kirby knew!
