I'd had no plans to see the "Boop" musical, but a friend was going with a group, and I got a ticket too. Very glad I did. Young audience seemed to know more about BB than I did. I had to look up info on her early incarnation as a poodle.

I remember when my happiness hinged on whether or not I would get a set of plastic "jungle animals" for Christmas. In 1961 or 1962, they cost about $6.95, I think. Something like those in the pic, only not quite as flashy. 😁 I got them, and they lived up to my high expectations.
