It’s 15:30, and a mail received at 15:11 tells me that the area manager is still looking into the problem to find a resolution. Are you all hoping I wait until 17:30 to find the offices closed and nobody is available until morning?

You need to get your surveyors to ask if electric showers and the like are available, we are one of probably many households, that rely on the hot water cylinder for the provision of all our hot water. Forewarned is forearmed, the first I heard that we would be without (24hrs) was late last week

The team is working on it and understand why I am annoyed. Your lead op here has been very honest and upfront, he was the one who said that we wouldn’t have hot water for 4.5 days

It was working until around 330 this morning, I saw that it had gone off line when I woke earlier. I had assumed it had lost internet connection, the display panel is blank, it is dead. It has also impacted on the operation of my Eddi, as this has now lost its grid CT. The unit is dead
