@octopus.energy why can’t you be honest with your customers? Your contact told me our hot water would be off for 24hrs, the heat pump fitter has just told me it will be 4.5 days!!! We have no means of bathing without a hot water cylinder, what do you expect is to do?

@octopus.energy, my Myenergi charger that was installed yesterday has already given up the ghost. Have raised a ticket, is it really going to take 10 days to get back to me?

Have just watched Last Samurai for the umpteenth time, is there a better film out there? Amazing cinematography and a one of the best soundtracks made. Love it
