A momentous day for all those people that have been arguing for a return to an effective approach to strategic spatial planning. The proposals in the Devo White Paper will help get the plan-led system working again. Thank you Minister Pennycook for making this happen! #Strategicplanningisback

So in summary, NPPF24 looks to sort out the last couple of years in getting England back on track to build ~ 1M new homes by the end of this parliament and proposing to adopt Strategic Planning tools to lock in a long run of 300K home pa in a pragmatic and largely plan-led manner. Policy ✅ from me.
