What an ugly assault on First Amendment and on Congress.

Thankfully, thwarted.

Let's speak plainly.

In a legitimate criminal cases, political appointees don't have to first hollow out U.S. Attorney offices of objecting career prosecutors with integrity; federal judges don't kill the cases at the cradle, and the government doesn't fight tooth and nail to revive them.

Has a D.C. Circuit judge already rejected Pam Bondi’s complaint against Judge Boasberg?

I interviewed Sen. Sheldon @whitehouse.senate.gov on his inquiry to find out the answer. ⬇️
After repeated attacks on Judge James Boasberg, Trump’s Justice Department filed a disciplinary complaint, knowing the outcome would stay secret. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse explains why Boasberg may already be quietly cleared, and why it matters. Adam Klasfeld hosts.

She smiles at the man who shoots her and says she isn't mad at him. Clearly initiates the effort to leave when the aggressive agents arrive.
The question now (not that this was in question) isn't who's telling the truth. It's when DHS had this video and knew that what they were saying was a lie.
🚨 NEW VIDEO 👇🏽This puts an end to all the lies. Horrific.

They were having a calm exchange seconds before he murdered Renee Good, and she was barely moving and clearly avoiding him.

Pay attention to this revelation from cross-examination.

This could be hugely significant to Judge Dugan's state of mind. 🔽
Chief Judge Ashley modeled his court's policy after a similar one in San Francisco.

But he struck this line from SF's: “Immigration enforcement agents are allowed to conduct their operations in the Court’s Public Areas.”

This is hugely significant testimony in FAVOR of Judge Dugan.

Prosecutors allege that Dugan tried to direct de la Rosa and her client to a stairwell that led away from agents.

Instead, she just testified Dugan told her to go into the public hallway, where agents were waiting.
🚨 De la Rosa says Dugan walked into the restricted hallway to her and directed her where to go.

"I kind of felt direction-wise that it was toward the public hallway," de la Rosa said.

She recalled Dugan saying; "Go down the hallway and go out."
