Finally hunkering down to reformat my solo game's notes. I'm bundling the first few scenes as Lilianne's "Prologue", seeing as it all happened on the road. Looootta mechanics mistakes here, but I wouldn't change any of it.

Went out to a vacation home/resort place today with the family ^^ My phone's camera is awful, but it kinda makes me feel a little closer to those horror blog protags in the 2010s with their digi-cams.

I think it's interesting from an RP standpoint that PHB'24 has spellcasters use a Component Pouch by *default*, only allowing Arcane Foci if their class gives them that functionality. I never really noticed this detail before. Only noticed now because my Fighter has Magic Initiate.

Been running a solo #DnD 5e game using Mythic GME 2e and The Solo Adventurer's Toolbox for the past week. I'm using this to play out Lilianne Everpetal's first few months on the road. It's gotten to the point where I now have to make a 2nd character sheet since she just got a new party member!

I like these personality quizzes :) Even if they don't have *scientific* backing or anything, I think they're good lenses for you to view yourself through, especially if you take the experience seriously. They don't paint the full picture of the human experience, but they're a nice peek into it.

A lot of this is inspired by Evan from EMH, a bit of MCU's Moon Knight, and a bunch of other lessons and stories I've picked up throughout my life. Except, I don't want this PC to have something supernatural over them; I think it's much more terrifying if the capacity to hurt came from themselves.
