That's good to know. I gave up most beer years ago because of gluten. I'm hoping that a few months break of everything and when things are not so bad I can gradually reintroduce small amounts. Especially red wine 🍷 and Old Fashioned 🥃

Hope your guts recover soon.

Interesting research. My daughter went to an outdoor woodland nursery based on the Scandinavian concept. They had hammocks for naps.

Created independence, creativity, and a passion for the outdoors.

Unfortunately it didn't have many funded places to be accessible to people on low incomes.

Thanks for sharing Nigel. It looks like an interesting piece of work. Quite incredible when you see all the impacts illustrated in this way! It can be difficult to explain all of this. Also curious what software you used for creating the mind maps?

That's hard to do when apparently there's only 1 gastro consultant in #Glasgow and your appointments are frequently cancelled & postponed for months. Still waiting for an 'urgent' referral that was meant to be done in May & just found out it's never been processed and now my consultant is off sick.

The more deprived or more rural a local area is, the fewer and lower-quality childcare options families tend to have.
