The New York Times has just handed us Epstein's list. Here it is. This expose is nothing but a list of close friends and acquaintances with documented, tangible, clear connection to him.

Time for the grilling of every single one of these people to tell us everything they knew. Enough.

Data showing # of active NIH projects with start dates in Jan - May, 2024 vs 2025. Pulled from NIH RePorter.

After a large decrease in the number of grants awarded in Feb - April 2025, May is looking better with the # of new awards about 84% of the # awarded in May 2024.

This insanity. If the government shouldn't mandate vaccines, why should it be manding not taking them?

Every action they've taken has been to strongly coerce me not to vaccinate myself or my child.
This is absolutely terrible news.

With the shifting regulatory climate (i.e., antivax ratfuckery), Moderna has withdrawn their application for their eagerly anticipated COVID-flu combo vaccine. This vaccine offered better protection than getting each shot separately.

One of the biggest challenges I'm facing with the NIH now is that they're cancelling funding opportunities that don't align with research priorities, but they haven't created a single new opportunity or told us what their priorities are.

The only conclusion is their priority is gutting the NIH.

Real team player over here
NEW — I’ve obtained audio of new acting FEMA head David Richardson threatening staff in an all hands meeting this morning.

As first reported by Reuters, he told those who resisted change in the agency, “Don’t get in my way…I will run right over you.”

Interesting family history. Wasn't Lil Wayne also from the 7th Ward? If so, this bodes well!

Politics is more clear when you remember that the "waste" in "government waste" is the profit that some rich asshole isn't making off labor in the public sector whose only purpose is the common good.

He's so good at this. Yes, yes, yes. From a scientist deeply affected by all of this, thank you @petebuttigieg.bsky.social

DOGE-Terminated Contracts Tracker is showing $90M dollars in contract cuts from 61 contracts at NIAID. Every contract cut since April 7 has been at NIAID. A few very large contract cuts suggest many jobs are being lost this week.

From what I can tell, the courts are doing their job. A lot has been lost in the federal government, but it can be rebuilt. The most important thing is that our democracy withstands what's happening, and there's still a chance that it will. Let's see if Abrego Garcia comes back 🤞

The GOAT!!!! We need more of this energy!!! So glad he is alive!!
I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.

Are any other scientists or federal employees out there struggling to be around friends and relatives that you know voted for Trump?

He has caused me so much pain this year with my grants and career that I cannot even look his supporters in the eye.

Thank god someone is trying here. The legal argument of the Trump admin would support the abduction of any of us, citizens or not. Their legal argument is that they made a mistake, but now that Garcia Abrego is in another country, it's out of their jurisdiction. They could use that on any of us.
I've been in El Salvador all day fighting for the return of Mr. Abrego Garcia.

The Trump Administration can lie all they want, but the Court said they failed to show he was part of MS-13. This is about bringing home a man they ADMIT should never have been abducted. I won't rest until then.

Another big loss in our scientific community. Dr. Hall did incredible work and I hope there's more to come in the future 🙏
After 21 years at my dream job, I’m very sad to announce my early retirement from the National Institutes of Health. My life’s work has been to scientifically study how our food environment affects what we eat, and how what we eat affects our physiology.

Unfortunately the research topics linked with the Omnibus solicitation were updated on January 31 to remove all the details of what the NIH would like us to study so we are flying blind. @jeremymberg.bsky.social
