And rollout of any major program is going to be tough, let alone during COVID. As a mom to a 4.5 year old in a PfA school, I can offer ideas for improvement, but at the end of the day the moms I know and myself will take free and govt backed/monitored in a heartbeat.

Protest in Salem? I will take a vacation day, protest, and bring my kiddo and drop him with one of these electeds for the day.
