The running plan said run 2-3 miles today. I did 3.5. I could have gone longer,but I didn't want to be too sore tomorrow. The body is a fascinating thing; the brain limits our beliefs in ourselves. You can sit this one out, brain (literally).

It's been a month since I last ran. Since the marathon, I felt like I lost motivation to run. It wasn't quite existential, but my brain was like, "You did this. Now what?" I am starting to train for the Shamrock Shuffle in March but had really low expectations. I wasn't sure I could do over a mile.
