Problem is it is also increasingly difficult to tell the difference between Labour, Tories and Reform, all chasing each other to the bottom on dehumanisation.

Amber has had online abuse before it. Joining the show with 24 hours notice, of course she needed experience - the others have been dancing for months by then. And she has improved, as even the best dancers do. Journey: I danced ok now I dance better v I didn’t dance and now I dance ok. Who cares?

Strictly fans can be exhausting. Every year I’m wading through ‘but dance experience… ringers…that’s not what the show is about’ posts. Guys, the show is always a mix! Why not just enjoy the dancing? If I watch dances on playback, you can bet I am watching Danny Mac, Faye Tozer, Ashley, Layton.
