We are working on launching an ALT DOGE website. It will soon feature a team page listing all of Elon’s staffers, our own wall of receipts (tracking the money he’s taking from America), and a section to help Americans keep tabs on the false claims on Doge’s website—which now exceed 52%.

Many of my posts include ways I recommend to #Resist. In the comments many of you have great ideas on how to do so effectively.

altFWS tips for resistance:

10) Engage local elected officials you know. Encourage them to speak up for your community. This has more power than you realize.

Lavish is what we do daily! (Dripping with sarcasm).

Our fish hatcheries do not have enough staff, and that was before the illegal terminations. We got approval to purchase fish food, but who will do the work?

There is nothing lavish about our operations. Come visit, we are open.
What are the “lavish fish studies” the U.S. government is supposedly wasting dollars on? Maybe doge thinks that people are bedazzling fish? Or maybe it’s the critical efforts by USFWS and USGS to monitor invasive and endangered species in communities we all rely on? Any insight @altfws.altgov.info ?

As I head into work today, my reflections will be on last nights speech to Congress.

1) Lavish fish monitoring: I appreciate the image several of you have posted about bedazzled fish. We wish! Our fisheries program is so understaffed, our biologist’s idea of lavish is a lunch break.

Gila National Forest in Southwest New Mexico is home to the first designated wilderness in the world.

Aldo Leopold proposed the idea and 755,000 acres were set aside by the Forest Service as the Gila Wilderness On June 3, 1924.

From a DM. Are you familiar with National Wildlife Refuges?

There are almost 600 refuges nationwide. Their employees include biologists, firefighters, maintenance workers, and park rangers. Refuges are spread out and have day-to-day needs. Here is how the purchase limits are impacting them:
