Agreed. Data centres cost a fortune to build but very little human intervention is required to maintain them. They also guzzle up huge amounts of energy and water and put an enormous strain on the grid and the supply. Once their lifecycle is breached, they’re abandoned as it’s cheaper to build anew.

I have no need for a car. But if I absolutely had to have one….
