I have dozens of drunk bees on my passion vines. Yes, bees, particularly bumblebees and carpenter bees, can become "drunk" from amount of ethanol from natural fermentation process, affects the bees' nervous systems and causes them to become disoriented, immobile, or even fall asleep on the flowers.
