Well, it's up. New lights, tree was bought last year after Christmas, and the skirt was my grandma's.
I do a star theme and it's hilarious how many star ornaments I have... but now we love Star Trek so much and I have a lot of those ornaments. It's still star-themed lol

I spent $160 on groceries. I was stuck in grocery pickup hell.
I came home, put it all away, and cooked a frozen pizza.

So he patted my arm and said, "...What?"
To which I repeated my initial proclamation and then growled at him.... which is how he figured out I was dead asleep. 🤣

I just pushed Shadow with my foot until I got him off the carpet because he was doing that hork hork thing they do before they hurl.
Anyway, I felt mean, but it worked. He missed the carpet.

I'm so unmotivated today.
So when we renovated our house, like 4 groups of workers were up in my attic at various times. (Electricians, AC crew, insulation spray crew, and a crew who did flush mount lights in the new office.)
They all destroyed my attic.
I've finally chosen to get it back fixed and it's killing me.

Next time you go on vacation, either buy a perfume or a good smelling skincare/bodycare product. You'll use it on vacation and when you get home and use it, you'll always recall that vacation.

Today, one of my older nephews chose to get baptized. I bought a Bible and a bookmark for him to congratulate him. He's a good little egg.
I bathed Piggy (she's having some skin issues) and put her in a fresh sweater.
I then deep cleaned the bathroom.
And all the laundry has been washed. Whew.

I recommend everyone watch "King of the Hill" in its entirety. We're on season 8 or something and I just howl at the Dale episodes.

In the last week, both of my grocery deliveries have been missing items. It's irritating because it affects meal planning and it normally takes me a few hours to go "wait, where's the...." and then i have to report it and hope the grocery app doesn't think I'm a liar. Ugh
