Se há um gráfico que mostra de maneira clara o atraso histórico do Brasil, é esse. Enquanto muitos países, tanto desenvolvidos quanto em desenvolvimento, já haviam garantido o acesso universal à educação, aqui, em 1960, mais de 60% das mulheres negras ainda eram analfabetas.
