This past week I attended the AETFAT 2025 Congress, where I had the privilege of meeting many skilled and inspiring scientists from around the world.

I also presented my research on East African Ipomoea (Convolvulaceae). A rewarding experience to share my work for which I’m incredibly grateful. 🍠🌱

I’m very honoured to be presenting my research on #Convolvulaceae, more specifially #Ipomoea and the East African indigenous ‘sweet potato’ at the @aetfat2025.bsky.social congress.

Had an amazing day at the guide course in the Meise Botanic Garden! Learned a lot and had a great time. A big thanks to everyone involved 🌞🪴
