Developed by my brilliant PhD student, Eloise Withnell, we use SpottedPy to explore EMT plasticity in breast primary tumours and uncover a hybrid, quasi-mesenchymal E/M state linked with immune evasion. #cancer #spatialtranscriptomics #EMT
