New study from @wwattribution.bsky.social highlights that a prolonged heat wave in Pakistan and neighbouring countries caused “the atmosphere to draw in more moisture and amplify rainfall when the monsoon system arrived,” @fahadsaeed.bsky.social told @mongabay.com.
