Cat law is "what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine". With the added amendment that "anything on the planet I chose to be mine is also mine." The only way to try to keep them from important things is to put down cat traps (cardboard boxes). In some circumstances they have been known to work.

My mum calls them 'cap mamgu' she is first language Welsh, from the Swansea Valleys area. I wonder how many other names it has 😊

My cat, Arvid, decided that I needed help to do my yoga today. Let's just say his helpfulness was not very helpful 😁, especially in downward facing dog 🤣. It was nice he wanted to be with me though 🤣.

Anything with strawberries 🤢 or anything with milk products in (I'm allergic) and no gluten, makes me super ill.... I am a nightmare 😁. Mostly, I find normal desserts, I like and make them Vegan and GF.

I listen and listen again to books on audible because they are self soothing. It is the voice of the reader and because I know what is going to happen. Not sure if that is my ASD or just me 😊

I use 2 white boards, one in the kitchen for lists of things I might need and ideas. The second is in the living room with all the appointments on. I can update and delete as required l, helps my little ND brain no end 😁
