Mais bon, JUSTEMENT, j'ai mon rendez-vous psy ce matin. Rendez-vous vital pour moi pour renouveler mes médicaments. C'est à l'autre bout de la terre et j'ai un rdv que tous les 3 mois sans pouvoir choisir la date (donc je dois poser un congé). Mais au moins comme c'est un CMP ça me coûtera rien.

J'écoute le podcast de Patrick Baud "Continue tu m'intéresses". Globalement j'aime bien. Ça me fait connaître des gens intéressants. Mais oouuuhhhh qu'est ce que c'est psychophobe/à côté de la plaque parfois selon les invités.
Genre. Pourquoi les gens ne font pas une thérapie ? 1/3
