I had surgery on my mouth and didn’t talk for 2 weeks while recovering. My cat Magi seemed unsettled. I thought he was sensing my pain. THEN I got the energy to edit some old videos of myself. He Listened to the videos for over 2 hours! Now he is a happy cat again. Just needed mama’s voice. ❤️

I am conscious to not post similar messages all the time, but I also feel that so many people are worried and angry right now, and that a tiny bit of calm on your timeline might be helpful in a small way. May this help you find a moment of peace. 😊

We've taken some steps forward, but there's still a long ways to go. Glad we're on this journey with all of you.

Somehow, I reached 300 followers on here 😳

Not sure where you all came from, but welcome and thank you! 🥰

Here's a slight variation of my first #sunrise photo to take off on here- I had lowered the brightness when I took this one.

When you care passionately don’t be like my friend Deb. Today she left me fantasizing about pulling a fire alarm to get out of the meeting. Slide after slide, chart after chart and so many statistics I could keep track. Too much data too fast! When you want to persuade start with a story first.

Good morning Bluesky! Today’s #GoodMorningNews seems potentially quite big— a new technology that separates hydrogen and oxygen from seawater *without* creating toxic chlorine, AND sequesters carbon from the atmosphere at the same time. And the anodes it uses to do it are recyclable
The Ocean Has Massive Energy Reserves. Scientists Just Learned How to Take Advantage of Them.
If this can scale up, it's a game-changer.

When you need the courage to step forward and speak up, focus first on a blooming plant, or a pair of warm socks, or any other simple SMALL thing that fills you with gratitude. It helps settle the nervous system so you can tap into your power.
