I had surgery on my mouth and didn’t talk for 2 weeks while recovering. My cat Magi seemed unsettled. I thought he was sensing my pain. THEN I got the energy to edit some old videos of myself. He Listened to the videos for over 2 hours! Now he is a happy cat again. Just needed mama’s voice. ❤️

When you care passionately don’t be like my friend Deb. Today she left me fantasizing about pulling a fire alarm to get out of the meeting. Slide after slide, chart after chart and so many statistics I could keep track. Too much data too fast! When you want to persuade start with a story first.

When you need the courage to step forward and speak up, focus first on a blooming plant, or a pair of warm socks, or any other simple SMALL thing that fills you with gratitude. It helps settle the nervous system so you can tap into your power.
