And Bouchra Khalili's embroideries is the level of interdisciplinarity I aspire to reach one day! She literally embroidered the Atlantic migration routes, and it's so beautiful !

I couldn't see all of it because it's huge, but besides the visual experience, I particularly enjoyed seeing some topics translated into art pieces. The videos made by Alessandra Ferrini on the Italy-Libya relationship, exploring the colonial past, and emphasising the neo-colonial nature...

Yesterday, I finally made it to the Venice Art Biennale. This can only be a (late) appreciation post since it's now closed, but I'm so so grateful that a Biennale with a theme like "Foreigners everywhere" was organized in today's Italy.
