LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR: DOJ DID ALL OF THIS TO TRY AND STOP PAYMENTS TO PEOPLE UNDER AN ANTI-HUNGER PROGRAM.
Oh, this is wild.

DOJ went to SCOTUS *before* we got the First Circuit's administrative stay denial. (We know this because DOJ just filed a letter at SCOTUS about the admin stay denial.)

So, DOJ went to SCOTUS b/c the First Circuit did not meet its less-than-seven-hour "deadline" for a ruling.

Seems like a good time for the Speaker of the House to swear in Rep. Grijalva.

Having just spent a few months reading accounts of CBS’ grotesque cowardice during the 1950s McCarthy-era blacklist, it’s nice to see that The Tiffany Network respects its traditions

You may be fearing your 401k is no longer enough for you to retire. But with all the cuts to NIH and Medicare you also won't live as long. So the policies are integrated.

In the "personal news" department, this morning I let my colleagues know that I'm leaving The Washington Post. I'm retiring from my longtime journalistic home but not from journalism, and I'll keep you posted as I decide what my next chapter will be.

This is why Musk went after USAID

From Watergate to Elon-gate

Musk is trying to shut down the agency probing his company’s equipment — and now workers are pushing back with a longstanding privacy law.

Dear Democratic Leaders: here’s a free idea, send members of congress into the buildings where Elons people are and see what they’re doing. Dare them to stop you.

Do something

To review, the FAA administrator was forced out because of a business vendetta of Elon Musk’s, Trump froze the hiring of new ATCs despite staff shortages, Musk launched an underhanded attempt to hollow out the whole federal workforce, and then the first US airliner crashed in 16 years.

Nestor resurfaces 👀
Question: And how did he how did he pay them?

Leopard: Those were primarily through Venmo and PayPal payments. There was one payment through his adopted son through his PayPal.

An academic study found that on July 13, 2024 — the day Musk endorsed Trump — there was a systemic change across Twitter resulting in massive increases in reach for Musk and other accounts supporting Trump.

This should be a scandal.
