After a LONG week, and longer than normal if you know what I mean, watching this backyard scene is balm.

These two make everything better. They normally just tolerate each other, but every once in awhile I get the sense they also kind of like each other. Busted!

New evening activity for the foreseeable future. Stress & anxiety induced cleaning the heck out of my already pretty clean home. This grout will be gleaming by the weekend. I’m also starting to draw & paint, stay tuned on this. What are you doing differently to take care of your mental health?

This morning I am in awe of absolute titans of thermoregulation. Cardinals, chickadees, red-bellied woodpeckers and more. We have had extreme cold for nearly a week and this morning it’s -7 degrees. Incredible!
