I've gone through so many life transitions, losses, and health realizations in the past few years and just in the last few months moved and completely changed my lifestyle from boarding my horses to taking on the care myself.

I'm going to have to start forcing rest on myself, even as my brain desires to do something and seek novel experiences. I cannot afford to be hit by the physical reality of full on burnout. I hate the polarity of being AuDHD at times.

Also if a para equestrian is using kindly conditioned whips to augment or substitute for muscles or limbs they can't use, who the fuck are we to get mad at them?

I have stopped posting for health/confo/trim almost completely because a few years ago on Twitter I had people telling me Remi definitely had PPID, DSLD, was neurological etc when I was just concerned that he was ever so slightly off and no one in my immediate circle saw it
