The bill to reopen the gov will enable the crucial work of the Library of Congress to continue, but we still need to secure funding for the Institute of Museum and Library Services as well as the National Archives.

Charlie Kirk's public persona was a greedy stinker. He said things that were damaging to the country. So someone has now made a martyr of him as a solution. Really bad move. All it will do is empower that crowd, and the unintended consequences are almost unimaginable. The exact wrong thing to do.

The media is certainly eating up this Epstein mess. They do love clickbait. I still want the names and evidence brought forward. The accused should be charged and face trial.

Sorry, whoever does not like it, but when someone has a hit list of political figures, all of one party, and then goes out to kill them, that's assassination. Like it, don't like it, that's what it is, and media ought not to minimize that.
