that is incredibly smart thinking and I'm sure you must also imbue your kids with what it was like at the time, decades of post war inertia and then this explosion of policy and ideas...

neither have I but I'm 64, Virginia is 65, I've cooked for her for the 40 odd years we have been together, so you know we are both at that stage where diet is paramount but not at the cost of flavour and enjoyment...so it is a path :)
