I go to therapy and use prescription help for anxiety and depression. I have gotten this kind of help over 15 years. I know this help is supported by my faith tradition, backed by definitive research, and has brought immeasurable improvement to my life. I know this is true for so many others, too.

Going to and from Atlanta for the Peach Bowl was…a lot, and totally worth it. Finally breathing again after the worst second half of football I think I’ve ever seen the Horns play (including the awful last few years of Mack Brown).
