Una cosa que hacemos mal en España, y en Asturias en particular, es confiarlo todo al talento (que lo hay), nos quedamos a las puertas, no rematamos, porque no se lo contamos al mundo en los "foros" donde el mundo escucha.

Redondo, tienes que darlo a conocer fuera de Asturias.
La gente "de Asturias" no mira/busca en Asturias, lo hace fuera.
Parece mentira, pero hay que estar fuera para beneficiar a los de dentro.

I think "businessmen" have not changed since the industrial revolution, meaning: if they can get +0,5 cents more, they will take it.
The history tells us though that they need workers, still today with the gen AI, because they don't want to work 😅

I think "businessmen" have not changed since the industrial revolution, meaning: if they can get +0,5 cents more, they will take it.
