Cross-functional teams deliver faster than layered organizations because each team owns a domain end-to-end. No waiting for “the backend team” or “the frontend team” to free up a sprint.

We need to make our dev teams as autonomous as possible. Get rid of dependencies.

Before building custom tools, check the market.

Rolling your own eval infra is expensive: use managed services for POC and only build later if you truly need it.

Treat prompts like code: add tests to CI/CD.

La gente comparte y usa prompts sobre nuestras bases de datos sin saber si esos prompts son adecuados para nuestros datos.
November 10, 2025 at 9:57 PM
Imagine a dashboard that tells you which prompt + model combo performs best for billing vs. logs vs. support, no more guessing. That’s the direction prompt engineering needs.

Without reproducible evaluation, every team will reinvent the wheel and pay for it.
November 10, 2025 at 4:22 PM
You spend almost 10 minutes crafting the perfect prompt so that an AI agent can process your data or write an email to your CTO. You run it and… meh. Not what you expected; actually, it’s wrong. Then your teammate pings you on Slack:

“Hey, try this prompt I made, it worked great for me.”

👉🏼 Surprises put upper management in difficult situations. Without an explanation, the only thing they can do is put the shield on and wait for the hit to end.

🟢 You solved the incident in 10 minutes, but didn’t report it.

🟢 The problem wasn’t the bug. The problem was the surprise.
