I've been an instacart shopper for a little over 2 years. They do have a rating system. Also usually the reason stuff is wrong is people don't answer back when the shopper is getting ahold of them to ask about substitions. We either just refund it or get the next closest thing.

I made this because my son was trying to put my finger in his mouth and it looked like he was commanding a crowd. I was highly sleep deprived because he was incredibly colicky. He's 3 years old today. Enjoy the fruits of my labor.
