I’m sorry, I can’t accept vibe coding.

The idea is fun, but I refuse to give up the responsibility of knowing how the system works.

This either means I’m a dead breed or I’m gonna spend the next 10 years fixing AI slop code.

The problem with the “wait 3 days before commenting on something” rule is that nowadays, nobody even remembers what happened 3 days ago.

I finally got around to publishing a doc I’m probably most proud of as it lays out my professional philosophy - The Code of Delta.

Code of Delta
Code of Delta is a document I wrote for a team I was heading at Synthesis. It laid down the ground rules and is a summarization of my professional philosophy.

I’m growing increasingly concerned by the rate of AI development. It is as predicted, an arms race where nobody is asking questions about whether we should do it. Now Sam Altman is nonchalantly saying that jobs will be lost but there will be new ones. Who will pick up the pieces?

USA wants to annex Canada and Greenland.

Facebook removes fact checkers.

All these things are actually celebrated on Twitter and I cannot wrap my head around it.

I gotta say, the whole Witcher 4 discourse is severely depressing.

I like video games, because they are fast-paced puzzles, which I enjoy. They can also be works of art, both audiovisual and narrative.

But the current “woke/anti-woke” gaming discourse is soul draining. Get a life, people.

This comment on Intergalactic trailer (new game from Naughty Dog who keep releasing TLOU remasters) is pure gold

Arcane finale is out, can’t watch it yet, time for a social meida blackout to avoid spoilers. Bravo Six, going dark

Ok, Bluesky does not know yet I’m into F1, time to change that.

I cannot believe how much Hamilton bottled Q3. It was there, George showed it could be done and Lewis blew two attempts. Holy hell.

End of season cannot come fast enough for everyone.

There is one way that Jaguar can get out of this mess - if it turns out it was a fake rebranding and they double down on their original brand, because the new one is so bland and the original had character.

They made a bunch of noise, would be a masterstroke if it was all a ploy.

Playstation’s web login does not work if you don’t accept cookies.

I am really impressed, I always reject to see if it impacts anything and this form is the first one in years that actually did respect my choice.

What happened?

When did we decide that having discernible characteristics is bad?

This will go into hall of fame of worst rebrandings ever. Can’t wait for the tell-all book about the process.

Many years ago it was “can’t wait for the weekend to party”

Now it’s “can’t wait for the weekend to watch the last 3 episodes of Arcane”

The full-scale invasion day 1,000th.

We owe everything we have to a Ukrainan soldier - who’s tired, unwilling, outnumbered, and outgunned, sensing grief and injustice - yet who keeps doing the terrible job every single day to save the world.

Why wasn’t Megalopolis a success?

It’s The Fountainhead on steroids, the tech bros should have loved it.

Why hasn’t anyone built an interface for running a company inspired by Paradox games.

Pros:
- great for moving between high-level and detail view
- macro and micromanagement possible

Cons:
- you go insane from minmaxing
- you run the risk of asking someone to seduce their family member
