Apache mag eerstdaags een dagvaarding verwachten. Maar door meteen 5.000€ schadevergoeding te betalen en een passage te schrappen uit het artikel ‘Rassentheorie maakt school aan UGent’ zouden we een rechtszaak kunnen vermijden. Het is een ongeziene poging tot intimidatie.
