Prima optie. Links en rechts zijn genoeg stemmen voorhanden om moties van wantrouwen en stemmingen over de begroting te overleven. Het vereist wat Rutte-achtige wendbaarheid van Jetten en Bontenbal, maar de keuze voor investeren ipv bezuinigen zou het pad er zonder meer naar effenen.

Vorig jaar stak de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens er nog een stokje voor, maar de Raad van State oordeelt nu dat een voorbereide wet zorgvuldig genoeg is. Het is nu aan het kabinet om de wetswijziging door de Tweede Kamer te loodsen.
