Try bring ya feet up towards ya bum so knees are in the air and then lower ya legs to the left, then right etc. it’ll open ya spine a little and it’s easy ish to do

No, need to stabilise the ankle first…not even walking the dog tonight. Will see what it’s like tomorrow but, I’d rather take an extra day here and there than do myself a real injury.
