“Fun” fact: the ACA *reduced* healthcare premiums by up to 21% through 2014. Then the individual mandate was struck down during Trump 1, and *that’s* what started prices for all health insurance to spiral up crazily, as the risk pools got way riskier. Repubs made this mess. All of it.

Hostility on Capitol Hill to this damaging and irresponsible policy remains strong, and I am actively exploring legislative options with members in both chambers and both parties in response to this order.
