Reminds me of my pewter Scrye life counters. I have a couple. I think they go for about 100 each. I should probably get rid of mine, I have other life counters I like better.

Why is this so difficult? Have a throwaway line where someone says "I thought you were dead, Bond." He says something like "no time do die" or "die another day" and briefly smirks at the camera, and everyone just moves on with the movie. Do a Lazenby, in other words.
